Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Non‑Returnable Situations

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong phone model ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Disliking the design after receiving it

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color variations (normal in printing)

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is confirmed lost after carrier investigation, we will replace it at no cost.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong device model, we can help before production begins. After printing starts, changes cannot be made.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
